Palladium II Digital Video TX
The Palladium Series of digital video transmitters
provides exceptional
video quality in high multipath environments.
They are ideal for
use inside buildings, in urban areas, and other
applications where
multipath would cause video tearing or breakup
in analog signals.
All Palladium II series transmitters are programmable
to support 3
bandwith modes:
Wideband DVB-T (6, 7, 8 MHz)
Narrow band (2.5MHz)
Ultra-narrow band: (1.25 MHz)
The new DVB-T wideband mode provides compatibility
with other
manufacturer’s DVB-T compliant products.
Palladium II Series is
also compatible with the existing Palladium product
family when
configured in the Narrow band (2.5 MHz) mode.
Enhanced range performance is available with the
narrow band
2.5MHz channel spacing that uses approximately
400 carries to
transmit video, two audio channels, and a data
channel. In addition
the Ultra-narrow band mode 1.25 MHz provides the
opportunity to
boost that range, with consideration of a lower
video frame rate of
approximately 15 frames per second.
Features
- Power Output available 100 mW, 250mW, or
1 Watt
- Wideband DVB-T compliant: 6, 7, 8 MHz
- Narrow bandwidth 2.5 MHz wide channel
- Ultra Narrowband 1.25 MHz wide channel

Palladium Digital Video TX
The Palladium Series of digital video transmitters
provide exceptional video quality in high multipath
environments. They are ideal for use inside buildings,
in urban areas, and other applications where multipath
would normally cause video tearing or breakup.
All Palladium Series transmitters are designed
for 2.5 MHz channel spacing and use approximately
400 carriers to transmit video and two channels
of voice and data. Transmitters may be located
on adjacent channels without a guard band. AES
encryption ensures users of secure communications.
The Palladium 100 is a small transmitter with
a 100 mW RF power output. It’s ideal for
concealments, on-body transmission systems, and
in shorter range robotic and UAV applications.
The package is only 5.5” x 2.5” x
0.75”. Power consumption is 7.5 Watts. All
connections are conveniently located off the end
of the unit. Many users will want to power this
device with disposable batteries.
